We are committed to ongoing training, keeping abreast of the latest developments in treatment and advances in technology. We reguarly attend training courses and monthly CPD meetings to update our physiotherapy clinical skills and knowledge. We are registered with all private health schemes eg Leeds hospital fund, BUPA and AXA PPP. Our BUPA provider is Simon Glover, whose name should be given when calling your insurer.

The clinic also has good links to GPs, consultants and podiatrists which may be used where necessary.

Physiotherapist (Leeds & Colton)

Simon is the physiotherapy manager and lead clinician at PHYSIO LEEDS. Since graduating from Nottingham university in 2000 Simon has spent the last 9 years specialising in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy and the treatment of sports injuries with rehabilitation. Simon is a keen golfer, and has also ran in the London Marathon twice and has a specific interest in running and golfing injuries. Simon is also consultant physiotherapist to ASD metal services, the UK,s second largest steel distribution service. At ASD metals Simon treats and advises both office and manual workers to prevent occupational injuries, thus reducing work days lost to sickness.

Simon's team of physiotherapists, aim to ensure that treatment is individually tailored to suit every patient’s needs. There is a strong emphasis on finding the cause of the problem where possible to help prevent recurrences.

Lyndsey Townsend

Physiotherapist (Leeds)

Lyndsey is currently working as a senior physiotherapist in the NHS., working evening appointments in Leeds City Centre as required. During the day she treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries in the NHS including neck and back problems.

Lyndsey also has a keen interest in Sports Injuries working with a trampolining/gymnastics team in her spare time. She is training towards a graduate diploma in orthopaedic medicine and is registered with the AACP to administer acupuncture.

Jane Aspin

Physiotherapist (Colton)

Jane is a senior chartered and state registered physiotherapist working in private practice and also training towards her Masters degree in Vetinary Physiotherapy.

Jane has a keen interest in treating sports injuries, and horseriding injuries including back pain.
